DYMO is one of the most popular thermal label printers used with BarcodeMan. This guide covers common issues and how to fix them.
Make sure:
- Your DYMO printer driver is installed correctly
- The printer resolution is
- You are using a supported DYMO model (LabelWriter 450, 550, etc.)
: Some older DYMO models (e.g., LabelWriter 310, 320) may have lower resolution and produce blurry output.
: The paper size in your browser's print dialog does not match your actual label size.

Open your label template in BarcodeMan
Note the template dimensions (e.g., 57mm × 32mm)
When printing, in the browser print dialog:
- Set to match your label (e.g., "30336 - Small Address" for 57mm × 32mm)
