"Not Ready" Status on Scan and Print

Cause: The barcode scanner is not connected or not detected by the browser.

Check Mark Button Fix

    Make sure your barcode scanner is plugged in and turned on.
    Try clicking inside the "Enter SKU or Barcode" text box first, then scan.
    You can also type the SKU or barcode number manually and press Enter.
