Delete and Recover Templates

When you delete a template, it is not permanently removed. BarcodeMan uses soft delete, so you can recover it if you change your mind.

Wastebasket How to Delete

    Go to Templates from the left sidebar.
    Find the template you want to delete.
    Click the Delete icon on the right side of the row.
    The template disappears from the list.

Recycling Symbol How to Recover

    Go to Templates from the left sidebar.
    Look for a Deleted templates section or toggle at the bottom of the template list.
    Find the template you want to restore.
    Click the Restore button next to it.
    The template reappears in your active template list.
If you cannot find the recover option, contact support — click Contact us on the Home page or use the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

Light Bulb Tips

  • There is no time limit for recovery. You can restore a template at any time.
  • Deleted templates are hidden from the list but not permanently destroyed.
  • Recovered templates keep all their elements and settings.
