Printer Setup for Multi-column Label

Printer Setup for Multi-column Label

Multi-column labels have multiple labels side-by-side on one roll. The key is to set the paper size to the total roll width, not the individual label width.

Steps

In BarcodeMan, select products and click Generate labels.
    Press Ctrl+P / Cmd+P.
    Select your printer.
Set Paper size to the full roll width. If not listed, create a custom paper size (see  Printer Setup for Roll Label ).
Set Scale to 100%, Margins to None.
    Print.

Common Issues

  • Only one column prints → Paper size is set to single label width instead of total roll width.
  • Columns are misaligned → Check that the gap/margin between columns in BarcodeMan matches your actual label sheet.
  • Labels are cut off on one side → Margins are not set to None.
