Printer Setup for Sheet Label

Printer Setup for Sheet Label

Sheet labels (like Avery) are printed on A4 or Letter paper using a regular inkjet or laser printer. Accuracy depends on matching the paper size and printing at exactly 100% scale.

Steps

In BarcodeMan, select products and click Generate labels.
    Press Ctrl+P / Cmd+P.
    Select your printer.
Set Paper size to A4 or Letter (match your label sheets).
Set Scale to 100%. Do not use "Fit to page" — it will shrink labels and misalign with the pre-cut grid.
    Set Margins to None.
    Print.

Common Issues

  • Labels don't line up with the pre-cut grid → Scale is not 100%, or paper size is wrong (e.g., A4 sheet but Letter selected).
  • First row is fine but later rows drift → The template margins or gaps don't match your actual sheet. Re-check the Configure settings in BarcodeMan.
  • Labels are slightly offset → Some printers have a built-in margin they can't eliminate. Try adjusting the top/left margin in BarcodeMan's Configure dialog by 1-2mm to compensate.
