Stocky Integration

If you use Stocky for inventory management, you can connect it to BarcodeMan to import products directly from purchase orders into your printing queue.

Wrench Setup

    Go to Settings from the left sidebar.
    Scroll to the Integrations section.
    Find the Stocky API Key field.
    To get your API key:
  • Go to  Stocky 
  • Go to Preference → API access
  • Click Generate new API key
  • Copy the key
    Paste it into the Stocky API Key field in BarcodeMan.

Hammer and Wrench How to Use

    Go to Product label from the left sidebar.
    Click the Select button.
    Choose From Stocky purchase order.
    Select the purchase order you want.
    Products from that order are added to your printing queue.

Light Bulb Tips

  • You need an active Stocky account to use this feature.
  • The API key only needs to be set up once.
  • If the API key is wrong or expired, generate a new one in Stocky and update it in Settings.

Troubleshooting

"Failed to import from Stocky"

  • Check that your API Key is correct and hasn't expired.
  • Make sure the Stocky app is still installed on your store.
  • Try re-entering the API Key in BarcodeMan Settings.

Purchase order not showing

  • Only open/pending purchase orders are listed.
  • Make sure the PO has products assigned to it in Stocky.
