Set Print Quantity

Control how many labels to print for each item in your printing queue. By default, each item prints one label.

    Add products or orders to your printing queue.
    Select the items you want to change (using the checkboxes).
    Click the Set quantity button in the toolbar.
    Enter the number of labels you want for each selected item.
    The total label count in the "Generate labels" button updates automatically.

Light Bulb Tips

  • Set Quantity is a bulk action — it changes the count for all selected items at once.
  • The total on the "Generate labels" button = sum of all quantities across all items.
  • Example: 10 products × 3 copies each = 30 labels.
  • You can set different quantities for different items by selecting them in batches.
