After creating your roll label template, configure your browser's print dialog to match.
Match your label exactly (e.g., 57mm × 32mm)
100% or "Actual size" — never "Fit to page"
Match your template (Portrait or Landscape)
In BarcodeMan, select products and click .
The PDF opens in your browser. Press (Windows) or (Mac).
Select your roll label printer.
Set to your exact label dimensions. If your size isn't listed, create a custom paper size in your printer driver first.
Set to 100%, to None.
Print.
If your label size doesn't appear in the paper size dropdown:
- : In the print dialog, click the paper size dropdown → → add your label dimensions.
- : Open from Control Panel → find paper size or form settings → add a custom size.
- → Scale is not 100%.
- → Paper size in print dialog doesn't match actual paper.
- → Printer is set to the wrong media type. For thermal printers, check that the roll is loaded correctly and the sensor detects the label gap.
